Warranty

Blanc is proud of the workmanship in its product ang guarantees the carbon-fibre Alpha Blanc wallet for the lifetime of the buyer. Blanc guarantees that the Alpha Blanc wallet will function as long as you own it.

 

The lifetime warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials that may cause the wallet to not function properly. The function is defined as expansion of the card compartment, mounting of metal plates to the inner track, and performance of money clips and strap. This includes the replacements of elastic, screws, money clip, and cash strap plate.

 

The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, ie wear, tear, scuffs, scratches, or scrapes; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or shock; lost or stolen items, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.

You will be asked to take a photo of the damaged part and/or the wallet, and the receipt for proof of purchase for the warranty assessment.

 

If the defect is deemed to have been caused by a manufacturing fault, the defective wallet will be replaced free of charge.
