        Australian law requires that goods and services shall be taxed. We have already included the GST in our price and the breakdown will be shown when you checkout. 

    • How secure is my personal information?

        Blanc adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

        Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using the 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.

        Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is NOT subsequently stored.

        Yes, we do offer free shipping all over Australia.

    • Where do you ship to?

        We are looking into avenues to ship internationally, but at the moment our services are limited in Australia. 

    • How long will my order take?

        Shipping times in Australia normally takes about 2 to 5 business days for your item to arrive. Due to the Corona Virus restrictions, AusPost advised that delivery times may take 5-19 business days to arrive. 

    • How can I track my order?

        A shipping confirmation from AusPost is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped, which will allow you to the status of your shipment. Track your shipment here.

    • how do I know if my package has been shipped and is on its way?

        Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the AusPost has picked up your package from our distribution centre. Please use the AusPost's tracking feature to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

        Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for its status to update.

    • Why didn't I receive an order confirmation/shipping confirmation email?

        After you place your order, we always send an order confirmation email you provided us. After we ship your order, we also send a shipping confirmation email to the email you provided us. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder for the emails.

    • My tracking info shows that my Package was delivered, but i never received it

        We know how important your order is! If the tracking information stated that your items have been delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your neighbourhood in case another home received it  by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
        We will always do our best to assist you, but Blanc does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact AusPost to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

    • Why isn't my tracking info updating, is there something wrong?

        This is normal. The tracking information normally lags behind the true status of your package. If it hasn't updated over 24-48hours, please contact support@blancamore.com.

  • Return & Exchanges
    • DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ON A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay for the return shipping costs.

        If you are shipping an item over $55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    • How do I ship my order back to you?

        To return your Blanc wallet, you should mail your product to:

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay for the return shipping costs.

        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

        If you are shipping an item over $55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    • CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?

        If you are not satisfied with your Blanc wallet purchase, you have 30 days to return the wallet. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we can replace it if it's faulty.

    • WHAT MUST BE THE CONDITION OF THE WALLET IF I'M RETURNING IT?

        To be eligible for a return, your wallet must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

    • WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR REFUND?

        To complete your return, you will be asked to take a photo of the damaged part and/or the wallet, and the receipt for proof of purchase

    • HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY REFUND IS APPROVED?

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
        If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

    • WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY REFUND?

        If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
        Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
        Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
        If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@blancamore.com. 

    • Warranty

        Blanc is proud of the workmanship in its product ang guarantees the Blanc wallet for the lifetime of the buyer. Blanc guarantees that the Blanc wallet will function as long as you own it.

        The lifetime warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials that may cause the wallet to not function properly. The function is described as expansion of the card compartment, mounting of metal plates to the inner track, and performance of money clips and strap. This includes the replacements of elastic, screws, money clip, and cash strap plate.

        The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, i.e. wear, tear, scuffs, scratches, or scrapes; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or shock; lost or stolen items, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.

        To claim under this warranty, contact support@blancamore.com.

        You will be asked to take a photo of the damaged part and/or the wallet, and the receipt for proof of purchase for the warranty assessment.

        If the defect is deemed to have been caused by a manufacturing fault, the defective wallet will be replaced free of charge.
